Shipping and Return Policy

Ordering:
WE DO NOT HAVE A BLANK ORDER PAGE. You can find items listed by category or use the Search field. Simply place the item desired into the search field and click on search. This will bring up the requested item, as well as any other items that have the requested part number in the description, so you may have to scroll down to the second or third item. Just click on "Add to Basket" and you will see that the quantity will change, to show that you have an item in the shopping cart.

Then go back to the search field and repeat process until you have all the desired items added to the cart. If at any time you wish to verify what has been added - at the top of the page, there is a picture of a shopping cart which says "Basket", click here.

The "Basket" button on the top left is also where you can change the quantity ordered. If you wish to change the quantities, do this by changing the number ordered and then click the "Update" button next to it. Make sure that the quantity did change. If you do not click "Update" the items will not change. Once you are satisfied with the order click on the "Check Out" button on the top right hand corner.

To "Check Out" please fill the payment form out completely. If you are picking the order up from the store, please enter "Picking Up" as the ship to name and address. Please make sure that you provide a complete address for your parts to be shipped to. UPS & Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING CHARTS ARE FOR THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA THE LEAST EXPENSIVE COURIER UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. IF YOU WOULD PREFER THAT THE ORDER IS SENT AIR MAIL, PLEASE LET US KNOW.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $2.00 BOX FEE PER BOX SHIPPED. MUFFLERS WILL HAVE A $5.00 BOXING FEE ADDED. WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT THE SUPPLIERS ARE NOW CHARGING BOXING FEES TO US, TO HELP COVER THE COST OF ALL THE FUEL SURCHARGES ADDED ON BY THE COURIERS.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Our suppliers increase their prices throughout the year. If your new price is not acceptable, please return the item for credit - Item will be subject to our Return Policy - See below.

Shipping:
We can ship via US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. If you would prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx accounts, please let us know when placing your order.

The following chart is to be used as a GUIDELINE ONLY for orders that are shipped via UPS & Fedex in the CONTINENTAL USA ONLY. If the shipping is more, you will be charged the appropriate amount. Phone Orders are followed as closely as possible to the Guidelines set out below.

Orders over $100.00 will usually fall into the $15.00 range unless there are multiple boxes involved or large boxes that are then charged by the dimensional weight by the couriers. Add $11.00 for COD's - Sorry UPS will not accept Cash. Pay by check or money order only.

Returns & Damaged Items:
We always guarantee your satisfaction. On the rare occasion that you get a defective part, return it immediately (unused and in saleable condition) for a full refund. Returned merchandise must be packed carefully as the shipper will be responsible for any damage due to inadequate packing. Credits on returned damaged items will be subject to freight claims settlements. Merchandise that has been tampered with, is rusted or has been drilled, cut, ground or altered in any manner , will not be accepted for exchange. Returns on unwanted items or incorrect items will be refunded or exchanged. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to unwanted returned items. Please make sure that your name, reason for the return and a copy of the original invoice is included with the merchandise.

Mike's will not be responsible for any errors on orders when parts numbers are NOT given. No claims will be accepted after 90 days.


If merchandise was damaged in shipping, please keep the original container and notify Mike's. Mike's will initiate a claim with the couriers, who will then make an appointment with you to inspect the damaged items. Please do not return any damaged items to Mike's until they have been inspected.

Limitation of Liability:
Seller, Manufacturer or Tooling Owner are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage directly arising out of the purchase, installation, or use of any products distributed by Mike's "A" Ford-able Parts. User assumes all risk and liabilities of these products.

Parts:
Whenever possible we buy U.S.A. made parts. Quality is of utmost importance.

Special Orders:
While we carry a large selection of parts, occasionally you will need something we do not have in stock or normally carry. Please give us a few days and we will try to locate it for you. We do our best to fill your entire order.
PLEASE NOTE: Upholstery, Glass, and Individual Wood Pieces are ordered directly from the manufacturers - these are specially made and ARE NOT Refundable.

Minimum Order:
We have NO minimum order. We are only too pleased to do business with you.
