Some modification may be required if you have powder coated or thick painted wheels. Made in the USA of High Quality Stainless Steel. Simply remove your hub cap and insert into the skirt, then pop it back into your rim to enhance your A's Wheel appearance. Shown in picutre 4 next to the Hub Cap.
